Cancellations received on or before September 1st, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after September 1st, 2026 are not refundable.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
After October 5, 2026, no changes or cancellations of registrations/reservations will be accepted. Any cancellations made before this date will incur a 50% fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat.
