Any registration or order placed on the website necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Client’s unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale in force on the date the corresponding order is placed. The fact that the Organization does not resort to any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to resort to them in the future.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law. These terms apply to users purchasing from any country. Services offered through this portal are exclusively aimed at individuals over 18 years of age.

All transactions are carried out in a secure environment (HTTPS). The website incorporates SSL security certificates that guarantee the encrypted transmission of data between the customer and the payment gateway, ensuring card details cannot be detected by third parties.

2. Prices The applicable prices for event registrations and services are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. The prices shown are in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Any changes to these prices may be applied automatically and without prior notice. Discounts or early-bird offers will be reflected on the registration page and are only valid while displayed on the screen.

3. Payment Methods When registering, the customer can securely pay for their purchases using: VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit/debit cards, as well as via bank transfer (if explicitly offered during the checkout process).

4. Availability and Modifications Event registrations are valid until all available spaces are filled or the venue capacity is reached. The Organization reserves the right to modify the scientific program, schedule, or specific services based on circumstances or difficulties imposed by suppliers or speakers.

5. Change and Cancellation Policies In compliance with current regulations, our cancellation policy for the AMRS 2027 is as follows:

  • No changes or cancellations of registrations will be accepted within 30 days prior to the conference start date.

  • Any cancellations requested before this 30-day window will incur a 50% processing and administrative fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@eneviabiotech.com (or the designated congress email), clearly indicating the registration or ticket number.

  • Refunds for eligible canceled services will be issued within 30 days after the event’s end date.

The Organization reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum attendance is not reached, up to 10 days before the event. Registrants will be notified within the same period and fully refunded for their tickets. The Organization is not responsible for the costs of modifying travel, flights, or accommodations booked by the attendee. Purchasing travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
